Periodic/ FWT
Fixed Wire Testing is the inspection and testing of the wiring within the fabric of a building. It is a mandatory requirement of the “Electricity at Work Regulations 1989”. Failure to carry out such testing is likely to invalidate your insurance cover in the event of a claim.

Testing involves the testing of the circuits when they are “live” and when they are “dead”. All faults are recorded and present to the client in the form of a defect report.
